Creating a Covid safe space

The safety of our guests, staff and cleaners is very important to us. As we negotiate the ever-changing circumstances, we may at times be required to change or cancel a booking in order to comply with health orders.

During these challenging times we will try to be as flexible as possible. Should your travel plans be impacted by health orders please contact our team at your earliest convenience.

All properties are cleaned to a high standard, in-line with covid cleaning requirements. Due to this we have a 24-hour period between bookings.

Our check-in and out process is contactless allowing guests to travel direct to the property they are staying at.

We ask our guests to stay updated in regards to the local health orders in place during the time of their holiday.

All guests and staff are required to inform us immediately if they are feeling unwell, have flu like symptoms or have been a contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19.

  1. Guests must check in with the QR code on arrival to our properties as well as any guests during your stay
  2. All guests and staff are required to inform us if anyone or any relatives or contacts are feeling unwell or has flu like symptoms while staying in house or if they have been in contact with someone who has since been diagnosed with COVID-19
