Sai Taan Villa’s are one of the largest and most sought-after villa residential estates in Phuket located in Cherngtalay just off Boat Avenue on the edge of Laguna and just minutes from Bang Tao beach.

Sai Taan Villas are divided into two estates next door to each other. Sai Taan 1 is the original estate and properties in this area generally require renovation.
The newer estate Sai Taan 2 has 48 villas and a rear entry and exist which means that access to BangTao Beach is easy.
